| Description: | In the fragrance structure of the Sauvignon Blanc the hay, the gooseberry and the green apple fragrances are dominant. At its initial tasting the freshness of the green apple returns, emphasized by the “sourness” of the gooseberry which finally receives a sweet tinge from the taste of the elder flower. | ||
