| Description: | This Rosé simultaneously incorporates the fragrance and aroma characteristics of the Pinot Noir suggesting the cherry and blood-orange and of the Merlot recalling the strawberry and the raspberry which we managed to preserve together, due to the cold fermentation technology. The taste of this wine only fulfils the promises of its fragrance. It is characterised by brick-red colour and a mild acid content which still gives freshness to this wine. | ||
